Bellini Cocktail

This drink, invented by Giuseppi Cipriani, was created in 1943 at
Harry’s Bar in Venice, Italy in honor of the painter Giovanni Bellini.
This Prosecco-based cocktail is prepared by blending fresh pureed white peaches with a dash of raspberry juice to give the drink a pink glow. – €7.50

Sgroppino Cocktail

A white, smooth, thick-textured cocktail, traditionally enjoyed in Venice, prepared by blending lemon sorbet and Prosecco, served
in a tall glass, garnished with mint leaves. – €7.50
