In Pizzeria San Marco, we make our own gluten-free dough, so for customers who are coeliac, you can finally eat a great pizza again. Not only that, but we have over 40 different pizzas to choose from! The gluten-free bases are prepared in our kitchen first thing in the morning to avoid cross-contamination and are cooked on a clean metal plate in the wood-burning oven. We have already had many customers who have loved our gluten- free pizzas. However, we do have to warn those with a severe coeliac condition that they should contact us first if they have any worries.
