  • Caprino with Walnuts and Pancetta:  Goat cheese with Walnuts and Pancetta baked in dough in our wood-burning oven, topped with Honey (Available individually for €7)


  • Free-range Ballymaloe Organic Pork Roulade:  Free-range Organic Pork Roulade from Darren Allen (Ballymaloe) filled with Gubbeen Chorizo, Apple, Pistachio nuts and Apricot and wrapped in Sage and Pancetta. Served with homemade Pommes Dauphines and Salad from Orchard Cottage Farm (Midleton) (Available individually for €17)
  • Mixed Seafood Linguine:  Mixed Seafood Linguine in either spicy Tomato or White Wine Sauce. Served with a slice of Garlic Bread (Available individually for €15)         
  • Pizza Macroom:  Pizza with Buffalo Mozzarella from Toonsbridge Dairy (Macroom), Cherry Tomatoes, Rocket and Parmesan Shavings (Available individually for €15)                                                                               
  •  Pizza Gubbeen:  Pizza with Gubbeen Chorizo and Gubbeen Salsichon Sausage (Available individually for €15)
  • Pizza Bufala Chorizo:  Pizza with Chorizo and Buffalo Mozzarella from Toonsbridge Dairy (Macroom) (Available individually for €15)
  • Pizza Tonno Cipolle Olive:  Pizza with Tomato Sauce, Mozzarella, Marinated Tuna, Onions and Olives  (Available individually for €15)
