Cheeses :


       Smoked Caciocavallo (a type of stretched-curd cheese made out of sheep’s or cow’s milk. It is produced throughout Southern Italy


       Pecorino with Chilli (Pecorino is the name of a family of hard Italian cheeses made from ewe’s milk. The word derives from pecora meaning ‘sheep’, also from the Latin pecora meaning livestock.)


       Provolone Dolce (Cow’s milk cheese with a smooth skin, aged for 2-3 months, has a pale yellow to white color and sweet taste.)

Grillo is the name of the white grape variety most typical of Western Sicily. A fabulous, complex wine with intense floral and tropical fruit flavours. This wine makes a perfect accompaniment to most Mediterranean cuisine.
